Predictive Modeling

Predictive Modeling identifies prospects that are most likely to respond to a direct marketing campaign or offer. We take the guesswork out of the selection process by applying a new form of predictive modeling technology to statistically determine your best prospects. Predictive Modeling improves response rates and lowers costs by eliminating those households that are least likely to respond to your offer. Our process has proven results.

How it works

For regional or state campaigns, 3,000 to 5,000 customer names and addresses are needed for the match; national campaigns require 15,000 to 25,000 customer names and addresses.

Predictive Modeling matches customer names and addresses to our database and attaches over 500 attributes about these households for unique distinction.

The model summarizes and compares the variables to determine which attributes make your customers unique and which variables have predictive qualities. The model then scores all the households from 1-100, based on the likelihood that they will respond to your campaign.

To identify the best prospects, Predictive Modeling examines thousands of possible demographic and psychographic patterns to determine who most closely resembles your best customers.

Reports

Customer portrait reports can provide more than a dozen demographic snapshots of your past customers and compare them with U.S. or local market averages. This report is a sales tool that helps to reinforce target market characteristics of your current clients.

Modeling reports can provide an understanding of the variables that are included in a target model. The model itself is not delivered on our basic model

Response Rate Analysis

Data-Dynamix will help you determine the best tools to track and analyze your response rates. The tools used for Postal campaigns vary from those used for Email tracking. We will recommend which fields to use as reference and which fields should be tracked for their potential as predictive indicators.
